Michael is a natural problem-solver who thrives on identifying core challenges and building smart, effective solutions. As a certified Vista Implementer with deep expertise in accounting, he brings clarity and structure to complex business systems.

A longtime collaborator with Dr. Mike Vorster, Michael has co-led numerous equipment bootcamps and training programs across the country. These sessions, grounded in real-world experience and rigorous analysis, have empowered industry professionals to better understand the financial and operational dynamics of heavy equipment. Michael is currently channeling his deep expertise into writing a novel centered on equipment management—blending technical insight with compelling storytelling to highlight the strategic role equipment plays in construction success.

Beyond his professional roles, he’s passionate about teaching and mentoring others. Based in Southwest Washington, Michael enjoys life with his wife and children. In his downtime, you might find him deep in a chess match or sketching ideas on a whiteboard just for the fun of it.
